Role Overview

Execute end-to-end recruitment for BCBA positions across multiple states, from sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding handoff.

Pipeline & Relationship Development

  • Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of BCBA candidates, engaging top professionals before positions open.
  • Partner with clinical leadership, directors, and center managers to understand hiring needs, culture fit requirements, and compensation expectations.
  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with BCBA graduate programs, internship supervisors, and university career offices to build early-career talent pipelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized candidate pipeline within ATS and CRM platforms, ensuring consistent tracking, follow-up, and requisition management at scale.
  • Represent Applied ABC at ABA conferences, professional events, and university career fairs to build brand visibility and candidate interest.

Data, Metrics & Continuous Improvement

  • Implement and report on data-driven recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source-of-hire analysis, and pipeline conversion.
  • Present insights and talent market intelligence to executive leadership to inform workforce planning decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes, candidate experience, and employer branding efforts.

Compensation & Employer Branding

  • Negotiate competitive, multi-state compensation packages aligned with market data, factoring in licensure requirements, caseload complexity, and specialty populations.
  • Collaborate on employer branding initiatives that position Applied ABC as the premier destination for BCBA professionals nationwide.
  • Stay current on BCBA licensure requirements, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends across all active recruiting markets.
