Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for positions across operations, field services, accounting, finance, and corporate functions
- Partner with division managers and department leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce priorities
- Develop, refine, and maintain job descriptions for various positions throughout the organization
- Build a strong understanding of operational roles, reporting structures, and department functions
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and recruiting platforms
- Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and coordinate interview processes
- Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Maintain recruiting pipelines and applicant tracking systems
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding
- Track recruiting activity, hiring progress, and recruiting metrics for leadership reporting
- Assist with offer coordination and onboarding preparation for new hires
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future staffing needs
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or related roles
- Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes, sourcing methods, and candidate management
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard recruiting tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
