Responsibilities

  • Own the recruiting lifecycle for assigned requisitions including intake, job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and preboarding handoff to HR
  • Manage multiple concurrent requisitions without sacrificing candidate or hiring manager experience
  • Maintain timely candidate communication at every stage of the process
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels to proactively identify and engage qualified candidates
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles before vacancies occur
  • Use direct outreach, networking, referrals, and professional associations to broaden candidate reach
  • Evaluate sourcing effectiveness continuously and adjust based on market conditions and hiring outcomes
  • Serve as a trusted recruiting advisor; facilitate intake discussions to define business needs, competencies, and hiring priorities
  • Provide market insights, candidate trends, and compensation observations to inform hiring decisions
  • Support interview calibration and selection decisions, ensuring consistency across the process
  • Track all recruiting activity accurately in approved systems; maintain candidate records, interview documentation, and requisition status
  • Build and monitor reporting on time-to-fill, time-to-hire, pipeline activity, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates
  • Provide regular recruiting updates to HR leadership and business stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple business functions in a high-growth environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrated success with proactive sourcing and pipeline development
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruiting technologies, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a private equity-backed environment, supporting distributed workforces, or implementing an ATS preferred
