As a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a vital part of our Talent Acquisition (TA) team, consulting with Hiring Managers/Business Leaders, developing and executing talent strategies, effectively identifying, and engaging with candidates, always keeping an eye on delivering the best experience for stakeholders, and positioning IEM as the employer of choice. NOTE: This position will be based temporarily in NE San Antonio while our new manufacturing plant is coming online. Our permanent location is approximately 25 minutes away at Brooks, 7515 Inner Circle Dr., San Antonio, 78235. The position will start as 100% onsite with opportunity to flex to hybrid work over time as the plant ultimately transitions out of start-up mode. Learn more about IEM at https://www.iemfg.com
