We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter to join our team and help us attract the people who keep our manufacturing and distribution operations moving forward. Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume hourly and non-exempt positions—from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, plant leaders, and frontline supervisors to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, Boolean searches, networking, referrals, community outreach, schools, military partnerships, and other channels.
  • Create and maintain strong pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions, building relationships with candidates for both current and future opportunities.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and ensure candidates have a positive, engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs, hiring events, open houses, and community recruiting initiatives to expand our talent reach.
  • Partner with business leaders to anticipate future workforce needs, develop hiring plans, monitor labor market trends, and support long-term workforce planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience
  • Heavy-volume recruiting experience within a manufacturing and/or distribution environment
  • Experience recruiting skilled trades and manufacturing roles such as Welders, Machinists, Assemblers, Material Handlers, Toolmakers, Maintenance Technicians, etc.
  • Proven ability to manage approximately 20–30 open requisitions consistently
  • Experience recruiting non-exempt, exempt, and managerial roles in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment
  • Experience managing high-volume recruiting across multiple locations
  • Strong sourcing experience using online and offline channels
  • Experience with behavioral-based interview methodologies
  • Experience using skill and knowledge assessments
  • Strong consultative, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to partner effectively with HR and business leaders
  • Knowledge of labor market trends and employment practices
  • Knowledge of EEO and diversity & inclusion practices
  • Experience using a CRM preferred

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
