About the Role

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a Recruiter - Talent Acquisiton partner for a Financial Services Company in Orange, CA. This position is a contract for 6 months + hybrid.

Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruiting from job intake through offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team to understand job requirements, success profiles, selection criteria.
  • Confirm recruiting timelines, interview plans and hiring priorities.
  • Screen applicants and evaluate fit against defined requirements.
  • Drive timely interviewer feedback and candidate dispositioning.
  • Provide clear, consistent communication to candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Help deliver an effective and professional end-to-end candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain required recruiting documentation/compliance related records.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team to identify sourcing strategies tailored to department needs.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team to build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently recruited roles, including hard-to-fill positions.
  • Use multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other creative channels) to generate candidate flow.
  • Track and report recruiting activity/outcomes (pipeline health, time-to-fill drivers, source effectiveness).
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Learn and apply best practices related to interviewing, talent markets and recruiting processes.
  • Support job postings, offer processing, and recruiting system updates.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4-6 years related recruiting and sourcing experience.
  • Experience working with an application tracking system.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Ability to adapt and pivot in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Experience scheduling complex meetings with multiple stakeholders; strong calendar management skills.

Pay & Schedule

  • Hourly pay rate: $55.00 per hour DOE
  • Monday - Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
  • Hybrid work arrangement
  • 6-month contract
