About the Role
Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a Recruiter - Talent Acquisiton partner for a Financial Services Company in Orange, CA. This position is a contract for 6 months + hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting from job intake through offer.
- Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team to understand job requirements, success profiles, selection criteria.
- Confirm recruiting timelines, interview plans and hiring priorities.
- Screen applicants and evaluate fit against defined requirements.
- Drive timely interviewer feedback and candidate dispositioning.
- Provide clear, consistent communication to candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
- Help deliver an effective and professional end-to-end candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate recruiting documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain required recruiting documentation/compliance related records.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to identify sourcing strategies tailored to department needs.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently recruited roles, including hard-to-fill positions.
- Use multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other creative channels) to generate candidate flow.
- Track and report recruiting activity/outcomes (pipeline health, time-to-fill drivers, source effectiveness).
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
- Learn and apply best practices related to interviewing, talent markets and recruiting processes.
- Support job postings, offer processing, and recruiting system updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4-6 years related recruiting and sourcing experience.
- Experience working with an application tracking system.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Experience scheduling complex meetings with multiple stakeholders; strong calendar management skills.

Pay & Schedule
- Hourly pay rate: $55.00 per hour DOE
- Monday - Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
- Hybrid work arrangement
- 6-month contract
