Talent Acquisition (Recruiter)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to step in immediately and support hiring efforts during a critical transition. With the current recruiter departing and the company entering its busy season, this role will serve as the front door to the organization, partnering with store managers and department leaders to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys full-cycle recruitment, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Managers and Department Heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements
• Create and post job requisitions for retail and corporate openings
• Source active and passive candidates through multiple recruiting channels
• Conduct resume reviews and lead the candidate pre-screening process
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers for interview consideration
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, both onsite and through Microsoft Teams

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
• Professional presence and ability to represent the company positively

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail recruiting experience
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates
• UKG experience
• Experience supporting both store-level and corporate hiring

Schedule

Hybrid schedule with only two days per week in the office.
