Talent Acquisition (Recruiter)
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Sr. HR Generalist with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition to support and grow our workforce in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will spend approximately 50% of the time leading to full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support, while also contributing to broader HR Generalist and administrative functions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who enjoys high-volume recruiting, partnership with hiring managers, and the ability to grow into expanded HR responsibilities as the organization scales.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for full-cycle recruiting
- Supporting the hiring process from start to finish
- Contributing to broader HR Generalist and administrative functions
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a Talent Acquisition role
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
