Responsibilities
- Support the recruiting process from candidate sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and onboarding activities
- Partner closely with hiring managers, HR, staffing agency partners, and candidates
- Create and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing activities, networking, employee referrals, job boards, career fairs, and community outreach efforts
- Leverage Crane Currency's employer brand to attract talent and promote career opportunities through professional, engaging candidate interactions
- Care for and coordinate interviews and hiring process logistics to support a smooth experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams
- Manage communication and candidate flow with staffing agency partners, including candidate review, feedback, hiring needs discussions, and recruiting priority alignment
- Coordinate pre-employment activities and onboarding logistics, including background screening, new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and stakeholder communication
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate documentation, and applicant tracking system (ATS) data
- Support recruiting metrics, reporting, compliance requirements, and continuous process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, staffing agency, or related candidate-facing experience
- Experience supporting recruiting activities such as sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, or candidate communication
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS), HR system, CRM, or similar candidate/data management platform
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR partners, and external staffing partners
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
Preferred Experience
- Recruiting high-volume entry to mid-level manufacturing, operations, skilled trades, or hourly roles
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen with the ability to demonstrate and maintain suitability for employment in a position of Public Trust consistent with U.S. Government contract requirements
