About the role
This position is a hybrid role for a Financial Services Company in the Dallas, Texas Area, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and an hourly pay rate of $35-$45 per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Requisition intake, candidate assessment, and interview process
- Communications support for full-cycle recruiting from job intake through offer
- Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team to understand job requirements, success profiles, and selection criteria
- Confirm recruiting timelines, interview plans, and hiring priorities
- Screen applicants and evaluate fit against defined requirements
- Drive timely interviewer feedback and candidate dispositioning
- Provide clear, consistent communication to candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruiting lifecycle
- Maintain accurate recruiting documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain required recruiting documentation/compliance related records
Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to identify sourcing strategies tailored to department needs
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently recruited roles, including hard-to-fill positions
- Use multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other creative channels) to generate candidate flow
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track and report recruiting activity/outcomes (pipeline health, time-to-fill drivers, source effectiveness)
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
- Learn and apply best practices related to interviewing, talent markets, and recruiting processes
- Support job postings, offer processing, and recruiting system updates
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of related recruiting and sourcing experience
- Experience working with an application tracking system

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong organization skills and agility with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and prioritize appropriately

- Ability to adapt and pivot in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience scheduling complex meetings with multiple stakeholders; strong calendar management skills
