About the role

This position is a hybrid role for a Financial Services Company in the Dallas, Texas Area, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and an hourly pay rate of $35-$45 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Requisition intake, candidate assessment, and interview process
  • Communications support for full-cycle recruiting from job intake through offer
  • Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team to understand job requirements, success profiles, and selection criteria
  • Confirm recruiting timelines, interview plans, and hiring priorities
  • Screen applicants and evaluate fit against defined requirements
  • Drive timely interviewer feedback and candidate dispositioning
  • Provide clear, consistent communication to candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruiting lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate recruiting documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain required recruiting documentation/compliance related records

Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team to identify sourcing strategies tailored to department needs
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently recruited roles, including hard-to-fill positions
  • Use multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other creative channels) to generate candidate flow

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and report recruiting activity/outcomes (pipeline health, time-to-fill drivers, source effectiveness)
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
  • Learn and apply best practices related to interviewing, talent markets, and recruiting processes
  • Support job postings, offer processing, and recruiting system updates

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of related recruiting and sourcing experience
  • Experience working with an application tracking system

  • Solid interviewing skills with the ability to effectively source in a high-volume recruiting environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Ability to adapt and pivot in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience scheduling complex meetings with multiple stakeholders; strong calendar management skills
