Recruiter II Public Sector

Location: Seattle, WA (100% Onsite)

Pay Range: $42-45/hr. – 11-month contract with the potential for hire/extension

Schedule: M-F 9am-5pm

About the role

Manage the full recruitment cycle for high-volume security clearance roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Utilize ATS systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire ATS, and Clearance Jobs to source and evaluate candidates effectively. Conduct interviews, check references, and extend offers to qualified candidates. Collaborate with a geographically dispersed team to meet hiring goals and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Maintain compliance with security and confidentiality requirements for sensitive roles.

• Maintain compliance with security and confidentiality requirements

Requirements

• 5-8 years of corporate recruiting experience
• U.S. citizenship required to support cleared recruiting efforts
• Recent experience using AI tools and modern ATS systems (LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire ATS)
• Ability to work independently with a globally dispersed team
• Experience handling corporate candidates and managing high-volume requisitions (20+ reqs)
