Recruiter (II)

Strong Tower Consulting · Mountain View, CA · 1 mo ago
Human Resources$52–$64/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description about company, role, responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to extract content. Let's parse the posting: - Intro: "Exceeding Your Expectations" Strong Tower Consulting is an award-winning staffing and consulting firm delivering trusted advisory services and innovative solutions to Fortune 500 companies and growing organizations. Our teams help clients drive digital transformation, improve operational efficiency, and support large-scale business initiatives. We believe great work starts with great people. Our team, comprising 75% women, is at the forefront of driving positive change and innovation in our field. - Supplemental Job Description: Role: Recruiting Coordinator Hybrid - MTV RLS1 Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience Then bullet-like paragraphs describing responsibilities: Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple roles, interviewers, and hiring teams. Manage complex, multi-stage interview loops... etc. Then sections: Greenhouse & Recruiting Systems, Recruiting Operations & Analytics. Then Description: As a Recruiter, you support outcomes for a talent ecosystem... (this seems like a different role? Might be generic recruiter description). Then a long list of responsibilities. Then Minimum role qualification requires proficiency in: list of items. Then At Strong Tower, we are committed to offering a competitive and comprehensive benefits package... details. Then Legal Disclosure Physical Requirements... etc. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove Legal Disclosure Physical Requirements and Equal Opportunity Workplace etc. Also remove any mention of AI-assisted recruiting tools? That might be considered boilerplate? It's not exactly EEO but maybe still legal. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove the Legal Disclosure section entirely (Physical Requirements, Equal Opportunity Workplace, AI-assisted recruiting tools). Also remove any duplicated lines. We need to preserve substantive information: company intro, role description, responsibilities (maybe combine into Responsibilities section), qualifications (minimum role qualification), benefits (benefits package). Pay: The benefits section mentions "Competitive Package: Approximately a full package value of $134,000 $159,000 annually, based on a $52-$64 per hour rate." That's pay info. So we can include Pay section with that detail. Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly; maybe hybrid? The role says "Recruiting Coordinator Hybrid - MTV RLS1". That indicates hybrid work schedule. Could include Schedule section with "Hybrid". But we need to check if posting actually states schedule: It says "Role: Recruiting Coordinator Hybrid - MTV RLS1". That implies hybrid. So we can include Schedule: Hybrid. However we must not create sections with filler like "not specified". Hybrid is specific enough. Benefits: we have details. About the role: Could be company intro plus role summary. Could use About the role section. Responsibilities: combine the bullet paragraphs under Supplemental Job Description and the Description section (the long list). Might be too much but we need to preserve all substantive info. However we must avoid duplication. The Description section seems to be a generic recruiter role description, maybe overlapping with responsibilities. We'll include them as responsibilities. Requirements vs Qualifications vs Skills: The posting has "Minimum role qualification requires proficiency in:" list. That's qualifications. Could also treat as Requirements. We'll put under Qualifications. Skills: Not explicitly listed separate; maybe we can omit Skills section if no specific skills beyond qualifications. Pay: we have compensation info. Schedule: hybrid. Now we need to output HTML fragment with

headings and
  • for lists,

for prose. We must not include or tags. We need to ensure we don't include any boilerplate. Let's craft sections:

    About the role

Strong Tower Consulting is an award-winning staffing and consulting firm delivering trusted advisory services and innovative solutions to Fortune 500 companies and growing organizations. Our teams help clients drive digital transformation, improve operational efficiency, and support large-scale business initiatives. We believe great work starts with great people. Our team, comprising 75% women, is at the forefront of driving positive change and innovation in our field. The Recruiting Coordinator (Hybrid) role focuses on interview coordination and candidate experience, managing end-to-end interview scheduling, acting as a primary point of contact for candidates, and optimizing recruiting systems and operations.

    That seems okay.

    Responsibilities

    • Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple roles, interviewers, and hiring teams; manage complex, multi-stage interview loops involving technical assessments, executive panels, and cross-functional culture interviews, ensuring zero scheduling conflicts.
    • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring funnel; act as the engine of the recruiting process, driving velocity while maintaining high standards for interviewer preparation.
    • Serve as a thoughtful and highly responsive primary point of contact for candidates; manage communications from initial outreach through the final decision, providing clear expectations and ensuring every candidate feels valued, regardless of outcome.
    • Proactively identify scheduling constraints and interviewer fatigue; monitor interviewer load and availability, surfacing potential bottlenecks to Talent leadership before they impact hiring timelines or the quality of candidate evaluations.
    • Coordinate interview changes and cancellations with urgency and empathy; minimize disruption for both candidates and busy engineering teams, maintaining a professional and seamless brand image.
    • Serve as the Greenhouse power user and subject matter expert; advise the broader team on best practices for coordination workflows and ensure we are leveraging the full suite of Greenhouse's automation and scheduling features.
    • Maintain meticulous data integrity; be responsible for the accuracy of candidate profiles, interview feedback logs, and hiring stages, ensuring that our system of record is always reliable for real-time reporting.
    • Build and optimize operational infrastructure; design and maintain interview plans, interview kits, and email templates, standardizing the candidate journey across all business units to ensure consistency and scalability.
    • Partner with Talent leadership to audit system efficiency; conduct regular reviews of Greenhouse workflows to identify redundant steps or manual tasks that can be automated to improve overall productivity of the recruiting team.
    • Develop and manage advanced operational tools; build spreadsheets, dashboards, and trackers in Google Sheets that provide deep visibility into recruiter activity, interviewer utilization, and pipeline velocity.
    • Analyze hiring metrics to surface actionable trends; go beyond data entry to interpret hiring forecasts and scheduling turnaround times, recommending process adjustments to help meet aggressive growth targets.
    • Establish scalable documentation; author and maintain comprehensive process guides and wikis, ensuring that institutional knowledge is preserved and that new Talent team members can be onboarded quickly and effectively.
    • Support headcount management for cross-team client groups; ensure accurate mapping of job postings to open headcount, identify trends/insights to influence hiring strategy and priorities, assist clients with prioritization of requisitions, reconciliation of headcount, and optimum distribution.
    • Support preparation of cross-team candidate packets within set timeline; verify accuracy of packets, ensure interview feedback is comprehensive and ties back to the minimum and preferred qualifications of the job, ensure candidate is fairly and objectively represented, and submit to Hiring Committee after leader approval.
    • Facilitate internal mobility process for transfers into client organization; work with internal transferees and hiring managers to support effective transfer process.
    • Identify, investigate, pilot, and implement process improvements on staffing by addressing multiple defined root causes; provide input and suggestions for improving the overall team's productivity.
    • Support cross-team client satisfaction in recruiting relationships; support long-term planning for hiring initiatives in a consultative manner, gain buy-in and manage expectations of clients on recruiting process, educate clients on our hiring philosophy to build candidate pipeline, engage with hiring managers to provide status updates on open roles and candidate pipeline.
    • Interpret and analyze staffing data (e.g., pass-through rate, candidate experience) and hiring trends to prepare and present information, ideas, and actionable recommendations on staffing processes and strategies that facilitate decision-making and address defined problems and drive efficiency.
    • Use our recruiting process and tools to gather role requirements or recommendations to identify talent or develop active and passive pipeline.
    • Engage candidates based on business needs and candidate situations/expertise and gather insights on candidates' skills, motivations, and concerns through interactions and engagement; build candidate trust to uncover and anticipate issues; advocate for the candidate to create an excellent experience and maintain a positive reputation.
    • Support partnerships with peers on negotiating offers directly with candidates (partnering with senior management, Compensation Operations, and other groups as needed); evaluate offer data to identify patterns across-teams and address issues in partnership with others (e.g., Compensation) as needed; share best practices on candidate processes.
    • Partner with key business, staffing and hiring stakeholders to build solutions to multiple defined DEI objectives.
    • Support candidate assessment for potential roles and identify team alignment based on understanding of the organization/function and role profiles and evaluate candidate skills and client needs, screening them for interviews and managing the interview process.
    • Support and manage the relationship with key partners (e.g., Staffing Services Team, Compensation), collaborate with cross-team stakeholders across People Operations to address staffing challenges.
    • Develop and execute cross-team targeted recruiting initiatives to meet established goals and objectives, influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy.
