Recruiter II
About the role
The Recruiter II will provide World Class Recruiting Services to the Ryder organization in a cost-effective manner, utilizing state-of-the-art recruitment methodologies. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for various positions across the company.
Responsibilities
- Sources, screens, interviews, and refers candidates to hiring managers
- Develops effective working relationships with placement agencies and external recruiters
- Maintains working relationships with HR and business partners to ensure appropriate service levels are met
- Works on staffing issues of moderate scope, analyzing situations or data as needed
- Ensures compliance within all legal aspects of recruiting
- Promotes the organization as an employer of choice
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Four (4) years or more experience in a related area
