Search Wizards, a leading global provider of talent solutions, is seeking a Recruiter II for a 12-month contract position in Seattle, WA. This role offers an opportunity to manage full-cycle recruiting processes, source specialized candidates, and make a lasting impact while working with top companies across industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, from requisition creation through candidate close and final hiring steps
• Source and engage qualified candidates for specialized and executive-level recruiting needs
• Recruit healthcare and clinical professionals, including Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and other specialized providers
• Independently manage recruiting assignments with a high level of attention to detail and follow-through
• Conduct proactive candidate outreach and build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing efforts
• Partner closely with hiring managers, recruiting team members, candidates, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and assess alignment with role requirements
• Independently guide and close candidates through the recruiting process
• Maintain accurate and timely recruiting activity, candidate records, and follow-up within the applicant tracking system
• Track recruiting activity and performance indicators, including candidate outreach, interviews, candidate engagement, and progression through the process
• Participate in weekly manager and team meetings, subgroup meetings, and other recruiting-related discussions
• Balance independent work with collaboration across the recruiting team
• Demonstrate ownership of assigned requisitions and consistently deliver results

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional recruiting experience, including significant sourcing experience
• Demonstrated experience managing the full-cycle recruiting process independently
• Experience recruiting executive, specialized, or other high-level candidates
• Proven ability to independently close candidates and successfully move candidates through the hiring process
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple recruiting activities while maintaining accurate follow-up and documentation
• Ability to work autonomously after an initial ramp-up period

Qualifications

• Healthcare recruiting experience is strongly preferred
• Healthcare executive recruiting experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills when working with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting partners

Pay

Pay range for this position is $47.47 to $52.47 per hour. Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
