About the role
We are looking for a full-cycle recruiter to autonomously lead the entire recruiting journey for salaried roles, from the initial intake strategy session to the final, celebratory offer.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Full-Cycle Ownership: Autonomously lead the entire recruiting journey for salaried roles, from the initial intake strategy session to the final, celebratory offer.
- Strategizing with Leaders: Team up with hiring managers and HR business partners to brainstorm hiring strategies, define ideal candidate profiles, establish timelines, and influence key hiring decisions.
- Sourcing Creatively: Dig deep into social platforms, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach to discover talent and passive superstars.
- Having Real Conversations: Conduct engaging, in-depth candidate screenings and interviews that go beyond the resume to assess skills, drive, and overall team/cultural fit.
- Keeping it Compliant: Ensure all talent acquisition activities stay aligned with employment laws, internal policies, and EEO goals.
- Pipeline Analytics: Maintain an applicant tracking system, keep our shared recruiting tracker updated in real-time, and leverage key metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline flow to continuously optimize our process.
- Driving TA Innovation: Lead or support initiatives focused on streamlining hiring processes, leveling up team learning, boosting candidate engagement, and piloting modern recruiting technology.
Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- The Track Record: 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Collaboration Skills: A demonstrated ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, HR, and collaborate on hiring decisions.
- Active Sourcing Practice: A genuine interest in the art of the search, with hands-on practice seeking out passive talent across various platforms.
- Recruiting Technology: Comfort navigating modern applicant tracking systems and utilizing recruiting data.
