Recruiter II

Job Description

This role involves supporting various job families, including non-tech, hardware, data engineers, and software development engineers, by sourcing and delivering a high volume of candidates swiftly. The focus will be on the sourcing side rather than full life cycle recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Focus on top-of-the-funnel activities.
• Conduct candidate reach outs and phone screens.
• Set up assessments and business phone screens.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and processes.
• Engage in reporting and meeting with recruiter peers.
• Interact frequently with candidates.

Essential Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in recruiting, sourcing, and using ATS systems.
• Experience in technical sourcing and high-volume recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in passive candidate recruiting and filling niche roles.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in tech companies or Fortune 500 environments.
• Open to candidates with corporate or agency recruitment experience.
• Former recruiters from similar organizations are preferred.
• Experience in sourcing for corporate roles and tech positions is advantageous.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
