Recruiter II
Responsibilities
- Recruit potential employees through recruiting websites, employee referrals, campus/on-site recruiting, and other sourcing channels.
- Contact candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
- Review candidate work history, competencies, and qualifications.
- Extend offers and conduct new hire orientation activities.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop interview questions and hiring strategies.
- Conduct exit interviews and process employee status changes.
- Consult with hiring managers regarding staffing needs and workforce requirements.
- Support the HR Business Partner team with ad hoc HR projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 3 years or more of recruiting corporate skill sets, preferably engineering as well.
- Experience recruiting for multiple hiring managers and locations.
- Experience using LinkedIn to source niche talent.
- Good communication skills.
- Good stakeholder management experience.

Essential Skills
Work Environment
The position offers a hybrid work schedule, with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. You will manage a recruitment load of approximately 25 requisitions per recruiter, focusing on corporate department recruitment, inclusive of engineering.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
