HR Representative II

About the role

We’re looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR professional to join our team and play a key role in shaping the employee experience from day one. You’ll help drive a positive workplace culture by providing guidance on policies, supporting associate concerns, and ensuring a seamless on-boarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the full recruitment process for hourly positions.
• Serves as a resource for candidates and associates by answering application questions, screening internal and external applicants, and coordinating interviews and pre-employment testing.
• Provides guidance to front line supervisors on interpreting and applying HR policies and practices.
• Affords support to associates by providing information on policies, benefits, payroll, and job postings.
• Contributes to the development and ongoing improvement of site HR policies and procedures.
• Captures accurate employee data in UKG.
• Supports planning and execution of associate events.
• Demonstrates commitment to Rockline’s RRITE values: Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence.
• Promotes a strong safety culture by ensuring work is performed in a safe and responsible manner.
• Sustains a collaborative team environment and completes additional HR-related duties as needed.

Qualifications

Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with HRIS systems, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field are preferred. Experience in human resources, preferably in a fast-paced retail or manufacturing environment, is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
