Recruiter I

The Recruiter (Bilingual English/Spanish) role at Conduent is a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through various channels and screen resumes
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates against job requirements
• Build and maintain talent pipelines
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in ATS
• Support diversity recruiting initiatives and inclusive hiring practices

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Available to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Reside in Puerto Rico

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish

• Knowledge of current recruiting trends, employment practices, and talent acquisition best practices
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
