About the role

All Care is seeking a Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for agency positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring and onboarding of qualified candidates. This position also supports recruitment initiatives, maintains hiring documentation, and collaborates with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective staffing.

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit candidates for open positions through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Congduct reference checks and coordinate background screenings.
  • Prepare and extend job offers and assist with pre-employment paperwork.
  • Ensure all hiring and onboarding documentation is complete prior to orientation.
  • Enter and maintain candidate and employee information in hiring software systems.
  • Verify licenses, certifications, and credentials as required.
  • Attend job fairs, hiring events, and agency functions to support recruitment efforts.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified staff.
  • Maintain regular communication with HR leadership regarding recruitment activity and challenges.
  • Provide excellent customer service and professional communication with applicants, employees, and managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of related recruiting or HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online recruiting tools.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of local labor market trends and best practices in recruiting.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

  • $Competitive salary

Schedule

This position follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with four days based in our Lynn office and one day working remotely.
