Recruiter - Field Support Team

About the role

WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven individual to join our team in Miami. The successful candidate will support our Field Recruitment team, focusing on hiring initiatives nationwide for roles in sales, land acquisition, construction, purchasing, training, and new home sales. This position involves managing a high-volume requisition load and partnering directly with leaders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring initiatives nationwide, focusing on various roles within the organization
• Manage a high-volume requisition load efficiently
• Partner directly with leaders across the organization to fulfill recruitment needs
• Utilize strong passive sourcing techniques, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter
• Extend offers and manage compensation negotiations effectively
• Maintain polished communication skills to interact with leadership teams

Requirements

• 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; corporate recruiting experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in passive sourcing, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience in extending offers and managing compensation negotiations
• Polished communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with leadership teams
• Workday experience strongly preferred
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Teams is a plus
• Must be comfortable working onsite in Miami
