Field Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Serve as the company’s primary contact for driving academies and schools, positioning Swift as the top choice for students and academy leadership.
• Work independently under general direction of driver recruiting leadership to deliver customized recruiting materials.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with leaders and instructors at driving academies to ensure Swift is top of mind for student guidance.
• Travel 100% of the time within an assigned region.
• Represent Swift and its values to independent commercial driving schools.
• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with school owners, instructors, and leaders.
• Strengthen relationships with driving schools and academies through continuous engagement.
• Make presentations and promote Swift positively during formal and informal events.
• Conduct initial on-site interviews with students to assess their potential success at Swift.
• Forward student contact information to Driver Recruiter for follow-up and processing.
• Ensure all locations have up-to-date Swift information displayed in highly visible areas.
• Adhere to team-defined metrics and performance standards.
• Provide students with current information on the benefits of working at Swift.
• Maintain a positive image of Swift as an employer of choice through professional communication and actions.
• Proactively support team objectives and organizational goals.

Requirements

• 2 years’ experience in recruiting and/or outside sales required.
• Knowledge of the transportation industry preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Associate’s degree in business or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; the company does not sponsor employment visas.

Pay

$53,500.00 - $70,000 annual.
