About the Role

As an ExpertCare Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment and placement process for home care positions. This includes sourcing, interviewing, hiring, assigning, and supporting caregivers while exercising sound judgment and discretion throughout the screening and selection process. You’ll focus on caregiver retention, working to increase caregiver hours and longevity by building strong relationships with families, recipients, county partners, and active or prospective caregivers.

The quality of your work directly impacts staffing stability, service consistency, and the overall experience of our recipients and families. Responsibilities

• Source, interview, hire, assign, and support caregivers
• Build and maintain relationships with families, recipients, county partners, and caregivers
• Conduct regular communication, check-ins, meetings, and occasional on-site visits to ensure caregiver support and reliable care
• Collaborate with the recruiting team and participate in an on-call rotation
• Ensure health and safety processes are followed and properly documented for caregivers and recipients
• Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned
• Provide oversight and support for 150–200 ExpertCare caregivers, including:
  • Case management and ongoing support
  • Incident and injury reporting
  • Training and compliance tracking

Requirements

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Hybrid work model blending remote work with in-office collaboration; weekly schedules may vary
• First 3 months spent in office full-time for training
• Occasional travel to client or prospect locations, including outdoor travel and exposure to varying weather conditions
• Valid state driver’s license required
• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform job duties within normal range of physical motion

Education & Experience

• One-year certificate from a college or technical school, or
• Two years of related business experience and/or training, or
• An equivalent combination of education and experience
