About the role
Nutritious Lifestyles is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to help attract and hire top nutrition professionals across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outreach utilizing telephone, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook etc.), and email communication.
- Screen and qualify nutrition professionals for opportunities with Nutritious Lifestyles on a national basis.
- Educate candidates about career opportunities, including free paid working internships, tuition reimbursement, visa sponsorship opportunities (OPT-H1B-GC), and career advancement programs.
- Collaborate with Nutritious Lifestyles employees, Registered Dietitians (RDNs), Dietetic Interns, Dietetic Technicians, and schools to promote the Employee Referral Bonus Program and build a strong pipeline of current and future candidates.
- Cook up and schedule interviews in collaboration with Clinical Supervisors and Hiring Managers.
- Build and maintain professional networking relationships.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining regular communication throughout the recruitment, onboarding, and probationary periods.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Utilize recruiting platforms, job boards, university partnerships, and social media to execute targeted hiring campaigns.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent while helping candidates achieve their career goals and supporting NLS hiring objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Utilize telephone, email, and social media to identify and recruit qualified candidates.
- Able to multitask and manage multiple job openings/positions simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
- Experience with ATS systems and recruiting software.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
