Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, and engage qualified healthcare professionals across multiple specialties and states.
• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and client organizations.
• Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Utilize Indeed, job boards, referrals, social media, and other sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Partner with leadership to meet hiring goals and support client staffing needs.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience managing a high-volume recruiting pipeline.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a healthcare setting or recruiting healthcare professionals.
• Knowledge of healthcare roles, credentialing requirements, and hiring best practices.
• Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

Pay

$15.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience.
