About the Role

Are you passionate about finding top talent and helping build a strong workforce? We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to support hiring efforts for our industrial clients including welding, fabrication, and skilled trades operations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for welding and skilled trade positions
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms
• Lead the growth and development of the company's welding apprenticeship program through recruitment, community outreach, trade school partnerships, and apprentice retention initiatives.
• Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and candidate outreach
• Conduct reference checks and assist with onboarding
• Build relationships with trade schools, workforce agencies, and community partners
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting or HR experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, welding, or skilled trades is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms
