What You Will Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, including building robust talent pipelines, conducting screenings and interviews, guiding candidates through the hiring process, and fostering positive candidate relationships.
- Build and nurture relationships with top talent through thoughtful sourcing, networking, and advocacy for both internal and external candidates.
- Use data and insights to assess the talent pipeline, strengthen recruiting strategies, and inform recommendations for stakeholders and partners.
- Support recruitment within the early talent space to help advance an inclusive workforce.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and priorities and align recruiting efforts accordingly.
- Stay current on industry trends, company objectives, and market dynamics to deepen business knowledge and recruitment expertise.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from an accredited university strongly preferred.
- 4+ years of recruitment experience, with university recruiting experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday and Ashby experience is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint).
- General business knowledge and a strong interest in the entertainment industry.
- Strong problem-solving, listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Highly organized and able to work effectively against deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $95,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
