About the Role

HealthLinx is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Leadership Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will recruit, prepare, and support top healthcare leaders throughout the permanent placement process while partnering closely with internal teams. What You’ll Do

• Leader Recruitment & Banking
• Conduct proactive outreach including cold calling, networking, referrals, and email campaigns
• Source, screen, and interview prospective leaders using the HealthLinx process
• Reformat resumes and document activities in Logos, Airtable, and communication tools
• Achie performance metrics including daily call volume (30–50), weekly presentations, and quarterly placement goals
• “Bank” leaders through messaging creation, reference checks, and ongoing communication
• Serve as liaison between leaders, clients, and internal teams
• Support leaders through interview preparation and onboarding
• Process & Data Management
• Enter leader profiles, resumes, and activity notes accurately into Logos and SharePoint
• Manage communication and documentation across tools
• Screen and organize submitted documents
• Maintain timely and professional phone communication

Qualifications

• Required:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in recruitment, staffing, or high-volume sourcing
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with high outbound call volume and structured processes
• Highly Preferred:
• Master’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field
• Experience in healthcare recruitment or hospital/acute care settings
• Retail, call center, or sales experience
• Proven success hitting measurable goals

Compensation

The base salary range for the role is $35K - $50k plus uncapped commission.
