About the Role

As a Recruiter based in the United States, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs across various departments. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through multiple channels to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. Your efforts will directly impact the company’s growth and success by ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, including temporary, contract, and permanent positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each position. Additionally, you will represent the company at recruiting events and college campuses to build a strong employer brand and maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to support college recruiting initiatives.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Source candidates through internet recruiting, social media platforms, and staffing services to fill temporary, contract, and permanent positions.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.

Skills

  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems to efficiently manage candidate pipelines and streamline recruitment processes.
  • Expertise in college recruiting and recruiting events to proactively source emerging talent and build strong employer branding.
  • Technical recruiting and contract recruitment skills to identify candidates with specialized skill sets and manage various employment types.
  • Temporary staffing and staffing services knowledge to address short-term workforce needs while maintaining quality hires.
  • Internet recruiting skills to leverage online platforms and social media to expand candidate reach and attract a diverse pool of applicants.
