Responsibilities
- Build meaningful candidate relationships
- Identify and engage top executive and administrative professionals across multiple channels
- Develop thoughtful, candid relationships with candidates
- Understand motivations, strengths, and long-term goals
- Provide honest feedback and coaching throughout the interview process
- Own the recruiting lifecycle
- Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates end-to-end
- Partner with Account Directors to align talent with client needs
- Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through decision-making
- Support offer negotiations and close successful placements
- Drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Consistently meet or exceed placement and revenue goals
- Maintain an organized and responsive pipeline
- Track activity and progress with accuracy and urgency
- Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-focused team culture
Requirements
Experience 2+ years in agency recruiting and/or a sales-driven environment
Experience managing the full candidate lifecycle
Strong sourcing experience (LinkedIn Recruiter strongly preferred)

Pay
Base salary ($50–60K) + uncapped commission
