Recruiter – JLL What this job involves: The Recruiter will serve as a client-facing partner with strong executive presence, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to exceeding expectations for customers and account leadership teams. In collaboration with the extended HR team, you will lead the charge in attracting and identifying top talent across high-volume recruitment needs, with a primary focus on skilled trades roles. This position offers the opportunity to shape recruitment strategies and build robust talent pipelines that directly contribute to JLL's operational excellence and client success. What your day-to-day will look like: Manage candidates through the full recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, referrals, advising, negotiating, offering, and marketing JLL's attributesCreate and execute recruitment plans for leadership, professional, skilled trades, and engineering roles on assigned accountsMaintain a high requisition load while managing the complete recruitment cycle, including proactive sourcing for hard-to-fill positionsDevelop and nurture relationships with external partners such as veteran associations, technical schools, local organizations, and other key recruiting contactsProvide monthly recruiting metrics for internal and external client reportingPartner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to clarify job specifications, refine recruitment activities, and modify job descriptions as neededSupport organizational initiatives and work with Recruiting leadership to create best practices and participate in firm-wide recruiting initiatives Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or RecruitingDemonstrated experience supporting operations and high-volume recruitment for skilled trades roles Preferred Qualifications: Search firm experienceExperience in Data Center facilities recruitingProficiency with Applicant Tracking SystemsExperience with WorkdayProven ability to establish relationships with all levels of an organizationFamiliarity with engineering and maintenance talent populationsEligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship now or in the future Location: Hybrid – 3+ days in local JLL office per week At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way — for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees.
