About the role
Growing Mission Critical Construction company seeking an experienced Data Center Construction Recruiter to join their team. This is a remote position with a hybrid schedule: 4 days in the Austin, TX office and 1 day remote. The role is a Temp to Hire position that will convert to permanent after 3 successful hires within a month.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Data Center or Mission Critical Construction Recruiting experience
- Located in Austin and willing to work in the office 4 days a week and 1 day remote
- Bilingual is a plus
