About the role
At Home Instead, we are looking for a Recruiter & Caregiver Hiring Coordinator to lead our recruitment efforts and bring exceptional caregivers into our family.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding caregivers.
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified, compassionate caregivers for in-home senior care.
- Build strong relationships with local job boards, staffing agencies, schools, and community organizations to source candidates.
- Utilize social media platforms and other creative channels to promote job openings and attract candidates.
- Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up with all candidates.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure hiring strategies align with business goals and staffing needs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- A true commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of seniors.
- Proven track record in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in healthcare or home care settings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
