About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Recruiter to join Pallet’s rapidly growing team. This is a unique opportunity to own the entire recruitment lifecycle for our business functions, building the recruiting infrastructure from the ground up. As a key partner to our leadership team, including the Head of Talent, Head of Operations, and CEO/Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our hiring strategy, defining processes, and attracting top-tier talent across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Business roles. This position offers a high-impact, visible, and fast-paced environment where your contributions directly influence Pallet’s growth trajectory. You will be embedded in leadership discussions, understand the strategic drivers behind each role, and ensure we bring in the talent necessary to fuel our next phase of expansion.
