What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define candidate profiles
- Partner with interviewers to design effective interview processes and evaluation frameworks
- Source, screen, and engage candidates through multiple channels
- Care for interviews and keep the process moving smoothly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting workflows in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensure a thoughtful candidate experience from first contact through offer
- Support offer development, reference checks, and pre-employment steps as needed
- Help improve recruiting processes, workflows, and overall talent operations as we scale
- Act as a strong ambassador for the company and our culture throughout the hiring process
- Continuously build strong talent pipelines ahead of hiring demand

Required
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting
- Experience working in an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- A genuine people person who builds trust quickly
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a growing, changing environment
- Self starter mindset with strong follow through and good judgment
- Positive, solutions oriented approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments
PREFERRED
- Recruiting for engineering, hardware, or technical roles
- Experience at high-growth startups or rapidly scaling companies
- Comfort working directly with founders and senior leadership
- Track record of identifying and closing high-impact talent
- Creative sourcing techniques and strong candidate engagement skills
