In this role, you'll play a key part in identifying, attracting, hiring, and onboarding qualified staff who support the individuals and communities we serve. What You'll Do Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified candidates to meet staffing needsDevelop creative recruiting strategies using job boards, social media, networking, schools, professional organizations, and recruiting eventsVerify employment requirements, credentials, certifications, and licensure as applicableMatch employees to opportunities based on qualifications, availability, and organizational needsCoordinate staffing assignments and support a smooth onboarding experienceBuild strong relationships with candidates, employees, consumers, families, referral sources, Community Mental Health agencies, and community partnersMaintain regular communication regarding staffing, scheduling, and service delivery needsMonitor compliance with required training, certifications, licenses, and regulatory requirementsEnsure adherence to federal, state, county, and company policies and procedures What We're Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentRecruiting, staffing, healthcare, human resources, or customer service experience preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms Why Join VersiCare Group? Requirements Education & Experience One-year certificate from a college or technical school; ORTwo years of related business, recruiting, staffing, customer service, or human resources experience; ORAn equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.Ability to exercise sound judgment, think critically, and make informed decisions.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.Working knowledge of employment practices and applicable federal and state employment laws.Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, plan ahead, and manage multiple responsibilities.Proficient with computers, smartphones, Microsoft Office, and multiple software platforms.Strong written communication skills, including the ability to compose routine correspondence and reports.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs.Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support shared recruiting goals and responsibilities. Work Environment & Physical Requirements This position operates in a primarily remote, hybrid work environment, combining remote work with occasional in-office work. The specific schedule may vary based on business needs.Occasional travel to recruiting events, community partners, schools, or company locations may be required.Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.Ability to perform the normal range of office-related physical activities.
