Job Description
The Recruiter will lead full-lifecycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding fundraising talent, as well as roles across the organization, to support the Foundation’s philanthropic efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications or related field
- 2-4 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification (preferred)
- Familiarity with advancement/fundraising (preferred)
