Recruiter

Contract to hire, onsite in Norwell, MA. Pay range: $30–38/hr.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a growing organization with a strong blue-collar workforce. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for positions across operations, field services, distribution, and skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for hourly and salaried positions
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
• Track recruiting activity and provide hiring updates

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting
• High-volume recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting for blue-collar operations, warehouse, field service, or skilled-trade positions
• Comfortable with some local travel to career fairs

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive industry experience
• Experience hiring technicians
• Familiarity with Paylocity ATS
