Role: Recruiter responsible for full-cycle hiring for security and corporate roles supporting mission-driven, safety-focused operations. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and hiring criteria.Source and attract qualified candidates using job boards, professional networks, and other channels.Screen applicants and assess fit for role requirements.Coordinate interview stages and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.Maintain accurate records in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and support recruiting compliance.Promote organizational culture values such as integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness.Support recruiting/hiring events and contribute to building strong, diverse teams. Qualifications & Skills Experience with full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing.Strong screening and communication skills.Detail-oriented recordkeeping and ATS proficiency.Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.Commitment to compliance, professionalism, and diversity-focused hiring.
