Talento PriceTravel Holding is hiring a Recruiter for work spanning recruiting and people operations for a travel distribution and e-commerce organization, along with customer and business support.

About the role

This full-time, 100% remote position is open to candidates throughout the United States. The person in this role will source, screen, and guide candidates through the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Post approved openings and source candidates through job boards, professional networks, databases, and direct outreach.
• Review resumes and applications against role requirements and conduct structured initial screening conversations.
• Coordinate interview stages with candidates and hiring managers and keep participants informed.
• Maintain accurate candidate stages, notes, communications, and next steps in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide candidates with timely updates and a professional experience from application through final disposition.
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, interview progress, and other hiring metrics.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, written communication, interviewing, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Comfort using applicant tracking systems, job boards, spreadsheets, email, and calendar tools.
• Ability to manage a high volume of candidate activity without losing documentation or deadlines.
• Good judgment when evaluating candidate information against documented role requirements.
• High discretion when handling resumes, compensation information, and candidate personal data.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$77,000 - $84,500 per year
