About the role
This role provides full-cycle recruiting support for exempt and non-exempt positions. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions from requisition through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone or virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely candidate information.
- Extend offers and coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and onboarding documentation.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company hiring policies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide regular recruiting updates and hiring metrics to management.
- Participate in job fairs, recruiting events, and other talent acquisition initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for administrative, professional, technical, manufacturing, healthcare, or other industry-specific roles is a plus.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, UKG, Greenhouse, iCIMS, ADP, or similar.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
Pay
$30-35/hr. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
