Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a Contract position based in Nashville, Tennessee. This role will manage the recruitment process from initial sourcing through offer coordination, helping teams identify and attract strong talent in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate brings a proactive approach to candidate engagement, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle high-volume hiring needs while maintaining a positive applicant experience. Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end hiring activities, from intake discussions and candidate outreach to interview coordination and offer support. • Build and maintain talent pipelines by using targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels to identify candidates with relevant experience. • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, define candidate profiles, and adjust recruiting plans as needed. • Manage a high volume of open requisitions while keeping timelines organized and communication consistent throughout the process. • Screen applicants to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for corporate hiring needs. • Maintain accurate candidate records and workflow updates within the applicant tracking system. • Deliver a detail-oriented and responsive experience for candidates by providing timely follow-up and clear communication at each stage. • Track recruiting activity and share progress updates with stakeholders to support informed hiring decisions. • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a corporate setting. • Strong background in candidate sourcing using a variety of recruiting channels and search techniques. • Ability to support high-volume hiring demands while maintaining attention to detail and quality. • Hands-on experience working with an applicant tracking system to manage requisitions and candidate activity. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills when working with candidates and hiring managers. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple searches and deadlines effectively. • Ability to assess candidate qualifications and make sound recommendations based on business needs.
