Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a Contract position based in Mountain View, California. This role will manage the recruitment lifecycle from talent identification through offer coordination, helping teams attract candidates with relevant experience in a fast-moving corporate environment. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing capability, sound judgment, and the ability to keep multiple searches progressing efficiently. Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end hiring activities, including intake discussions, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support. • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for a range of openings by using proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels. • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define candidate profiles, and align recruiting plans with business goals. • Manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining organization, responsiveness, and a positive candidate experience. • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, interest, and overall fit for assigned opportunities. • Track recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate, up-to-date records throughout the hiring process. • Communicate regularly with stakeholders on search progress, market feedback, and challenges that may affect hiring timelines. • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate or business setting. • Demonstrated strength in sourcing candidates through direct outreach, databases, job boards, and networking channels. • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment activity without sacrificing quality or attention to detail. • Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system to manage requisitions, candidates, and reporting. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills when working with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners. • Sound organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple openings and deadlines effectively.
