About the role

This role offers the opportunity to drive candidate outreach, coordinate hiring activities, and strengthen talent pipelines across multiple channels. This is an on-site position that will start at approximately 20-25 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts for both specialized and operational openings across the organization, managing multiple searches at different stages.
  • Use the applicant tracking system to post positions, monitor candidate progress, and maintain organized hiring workflows.
  • Identify and attract talent through LinkedIn, Handshake, online job boards, referrals, networking, and other innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Arrange interviews and serve as a key point of contact to ensure clear, timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records, keeping candidate details and activity updates current throughout the hiring process.

  • Contribute to broader talent acquisition and HR-related projects, including work involving recruiting platforms such as ADP Workforce Now when applicable.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a closely related human resources function for 3+ years.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to actively source and engage candidates through multiple channels rather than relying solely on inbound applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and external partners.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through on multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies used to manage hiring activity and candidate pipelines.
  • Ability to handle full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment, including support for high-volume hiring needs.
  • Collaborative, self-directed work style with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to team goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; experience with LinkedIn, Handshake, or similar platforms is a plus.

Benefits

  • Medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
  • Eligibility to enroll in our company 401(k) plan.
