Responsibilities
- Manage 20–30+ active requisitions simultaneously
- Drive full-cycle recruiting (intake to offer)
- Conduct high-volume sourcing and screening
- Build pipelines for critical and recurring roles
- Coach hiring managers on speed, selection, and accountability
- Maintain clear metrics: time-to-fill, candidate experience, offer acceptance
- Ensure compliance and structured interview practices
- Protect employer brand while moving with intention
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
- Experience managing 20+ open requisitions simultaneously
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Indeed, referral strategies)
- Experience in healthcare, sales, or multi-site organizations preferred
- ATS proficiency required
