About the role

As a Recruiter, you'll own the full-cycle recruiting process for both our Investment Real Estate Agent positions across multiple markets. You'll source top talent, build proactive pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Source top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networking, social media, and additional recruiting channels.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize outreach campaigns to engage passive candidates.
• Review applications and identify qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within Lever ATS.
• Provide our Onboarding Specialist and hiring managers with recruiting updates and hiring recommendations.
• Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidates based on experience, motivation, and alignment with the role.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Guide candidates through every stage of the interview process while providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, sales, or another customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable conducting phone and virtual interviews.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever or similar).
• Must be located in the Dallas, TX metro area and work in the corporate office 3 days a week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Recruiting experience within sales, staffing, real estate, or commission-driven organizations.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and real estate licensing process is a plus but not required.
