About the role
This role will be in support of our Engineering & Technology Talent Acquisition team, who is experiencing a hiring surge across our business.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing for critical/hard to fill positions
- Mining talent from our ATS
- Managing referrals
- Contacting candidates
- Partnering with hiring managers to assist with the hiring process
- Supporting hiring events and/or managing a req load with full lifecycle recruiting support
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record in recruiting, sourcing and/or talent acquisition
- Uses Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and other software tools/solutions as needed
