About the role
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Recruiter to join our Talent Team. The ideal candidate is passionate about connecting great people with meaningful careers and has a proven track record of driving recruitment efforts.
Responsibilities
- Drive recruitment for assigned business lines from sourcing and screening to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, design hiring strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Develop creative and targeted recruiting campaigns that attract top talent in competitive markets.
- Identify and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Manage applicant data and ensure accuracy and compliance within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Represent MorseLife at job fairs, campus events, and industry conferences.
- Facilitate selection discussions and guide hiring managers through the decision-making process.
- Collaborate on onboarding and credentialing to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Maintain strong relationships with new hires to encourage referrals and gather feedback.
- Stay ahead of trends in talent acquisition; always bringing new ideas to the table.
Requirements

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with standard business hours.
