Description

The role involves supporting recruitment efforts for entry-level and high-volume positions. The position is a one-year contract with the possibility of renewal, based in WCC, HQ with a hybrid work setup. The Recruiter will utilize various recruitment methods and technologies to engage candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle recruiting for entry-level and high-volume positions.
• Develop recruitment strategies to support business leaders.
• Maintain communication with team leaders on workflow.
• Assist in Talent Acquisition initiatives including process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in a relevant field with knowledge of employment laws.
• Knowledge of effective screening and interview techniques.
• Ability to navigate recruitment software and programs.
• Familiarity with relevant employment regulations and practices.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
