About the role
Deliver solutions that matter by managing the recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, from job posting and candidate screening through interview coordination and offer acceptance.
Responsibilities
- Review applications, conduct initial candidate outreach, maintain consistent communication, and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, monitor recruitment timelines, and ensure the timely progression of candidates through the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records, monitor hiring metrics and open requisitions.
- Support for recruitment events, job fairs, and community outreach efforts.
Qualifications For Success
- Ace in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or Human Resources with one to three years of experience preferred.
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Experience in healthcare, senior living, or long-term care is preferred.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) is highly desirable.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written.
